Haryana Bus Info was created by someone who missed too many buses — and decided to fix that problem for everyone.
I built HaryanaBusInfo.in out of personal frustration — and a desire to make travel planning genuinely easier for millions of Haryana Roadways passengers. Every schedule on this site has been personally verified by me.
Why I Built This
My name is Manish Sharma. I grew up in Hisar, Haryana, and like most people here, I relied on Haryana Roadways buses to get around — for college, for work, for visiting family. And like every regular passenger, I faced the same frustrating problem: there was no reliable place to find bus timings.
"I would go to the bus stand, not knowing if the bus had left or when the next one was. I wasted hours. I missed buses. I even missed important appointments. I knew this wasn't just my problem — it was everyone's problem."
After completing my B.Tech, I decided to put my technical skills to real use for my community. I started visiting bus depots myself, talking to conductors and depot staff, cross-referencing official government portals, and compiling everything into one clean, searchable database. What started as a personal project has grown into 154,000+ verified schedules covering 100+ cities across Haryana.
Today, HaryanaBusInfo.in is updated daily and trusted by thousands of daily commuters, students, and travellers across the state.
How We Collect & Verify Data
We don't copy-paste from unreliable sources. Every timetable entry is collected and cross-checked through three primary channels:
Direct Depot Visits
I personally visit Haryana Roadways bus depots and stands across the state to collect printed timetable boards, talk to depot managers, and verify live departure data.
Official Government Portals
All schedules are cross-referenced against official Haryana Government transport department sources and HRTC data releases to ensure accuracy.
Transport Department Contacts
I have friends and contacts within the Haryana transport department who alert me to route changes, new bus additions, and seasonal schedule revisions before they go public.
