Net Family income upto 1 Lac. in you Family ID i.e. Parivar Pehchaan Patra.
Application Process
1. Visit Haryana Roadways official Website – Visit Here

2. Click on Apply Happy Card

On this screen you need to Fill your PPP Id Number and them fill the captcha.
This will send a One time code to your mobile number after filling which you’ll be logged in.
3. Choose the Family Member of which you want to apply the Haapy Card and follow the instructions as per this picture. Select Dtae of recieving also.
4. After above process is complete follow these instrctions as per this image

Firstly Fill Mobile number then fill captcha and send Otp
Then on next window fill aadhar number and confirm with OTP
After this Process is Complete You will get a successfull application message.
